About us

An independent UK fulfilment business, run by people you can ring.

We pick, pack and post other people's orders from just outside London - and we are big enough to cope with your peak, small enough to know your name.

Most brands don't leave their 3PL over price. They leave over silence - unanswered emails, surprise surcharges, stock counts that don't add up. We built Waypoint to be the opposite.
The reason this company exists

We are the warehouse, not a broker.

Your stock sits on our racking, and our own people pick it.

Waypoint 3PL is independent. That matters in a market where a lot of "fulfilment" is a sales layer over somebody else's floor: when something goes wrong at 4pm on a Friday, there is nobody for us to pass you to, so we fix it.

We built our own warehouse system rather than reselling one, which is why the customer portal shows the same numbers we work from - live stock, live order status, real courier tracking - instead of a report emailed the following week.

Where we are, and why it matters.

Between the container ports and the motorway that rings London.

A container ship at sea, carrying stock towards the UK

Fulfilment is a geography business before it is anything else. Every mile between the port and the shelf, and between the shelf and your customer, is a day and a cost somebody pays for.

Minutes from London Gateway and Tilbury - Britain's two largest container ports, so imported stock lands on our racking the day it clears customs.
On the orbital motorway that rings London, with the whole country a straight run north and the Channel crossings to the south.
Inside the UK's densest shopper population, which is why next-day services actually arrive next day from here.
Close to Heathrow, Stansted and Gatwick for anything that has to fly rather than float.

Boring, in the best way.

Stock that's where the dashboard says it is, and parcels that leave when we said they would.

Right on London's doorstep. We sit just outside east London, on the orbital motorway that rings the capital. The UK's densest concentration of shoppers is on our doorstep, and the rest of the country is a straight motorway run - no crossing a city to get out of it.

A named account manager. No ticket queues, no bots. One person who knows your products, your promotions and your peak season - and answers when the phone rings.

Meet the team

One rate card, no asterisks. You see exactly what every order costs before you sign. No fuel surcharges appearing in month three, no admin fees for talking to us.

See how pricing works

No account is too small. Plenty of 3PLs won't look at you below a few thousand orders a month. We will - and the same rate card grows with you to 50,000 without renegotiating.

Selling into the UK from abroad?

A ready-made British base - no lease, no hiring, no guesswork.

Land your stock, we take it from there. Ship straight from your factory or freight forwarder into London Gateway or Tilbury - Britain's two largest container ports, both minutes from our door. We receive, count and putaway, and your UK operation is live.

Plan your goods-in

Deliver like a local. Your customers get domestic delivery speeds and domestic delivery costs, posted from just outside London - from a brand that ships to the UK, not just at it.

How returns work

One English-speaking point of contact. Your account manager works your time zone gap, knows your products, and answers the phone - wherever you're calling from.

Big enough to cope, small enough to care.

First orders from a spare room, or thousands a week.

Just starting out

No minimum volumes and no setup fee. Send us what you have, and we'll pick, pack and post it the same way we do for everyone else - so you can stop packing parcels at the kitchen table and get back to selling.

Growing fast

The rate card that got you started is the one that carries you to 50,000 orders a month. No renegotiation the moment you have a good quarter, and peak capacity agreed in advance.

Something unusual

Odd sizes, fragile stock, subscription boxes, a project nobody else wants to quote? Tell us what you're trying to do. If we can't help we'll say so quickly - and point you at someone who can.

Not sure whether you're the right fit? That's exactly the conversation to have. Talk it through with us
