The EU now charges duty on small parcels, and it counts by category

Consignments into the EU worth under €150 used to pay no customs duty. Since July they pay a flat €3, charged once for every tariff category in the box rather than once for the parcel.

The customer portal now carries the courier, the tracking number and what a parcel actually cost to send on every order, including import duty on the ones crossing a border.
