What you need
- A system that can call an HTTPS API and read JSON
- A developer for a day or so - or us, alongside them
Get your keys
In the portal, open the account menu at the top right and choose API & Integrations. You get a test key and a live one; test orders appear in the portal and are never picked.
Send us an order
One message, one order. Include your own reference for it - we match on that, so a message you sent twice is still one parcel.
Ask what has changed
Rather than pulling your whole order list on a timer, ask only for what has moved since you last checked. Less work for your system and ours.
Match up your delivery options
Send whatever code your system uses for a delivery option. You tell us once which courier service it means, and every order after that is matched on its own.
